Built on Real Experience, Not Just Theory

We started chargeflowglow in 2019 because we kept seeing businesses struggle with blockchain integration. Not because the technology was bad, but because consultants were selling complexity instead of solutions.

How We Actually Work

Most blockchain consultants show up with whitepapers and promises. We show up with questions. What's slowing you down right now? Where are customers getting frustrated? What data are you losing track of?

Then we map blockchain solutions to those specific problems. Sometimes that means a full distributed ledger. Sometimes it's a hybrid system. And sometimes—honestly—it means blockchain isn't the right fit yet.

Our team spent years building supply chain systems for manufacturing companies across Southeast Asia. We've seen what works in real conditions, not just lab environments. That's the difference between consulting that sounds good and consulting that actually helps.

What Guides Our Decisions

Speed Over Perfection

We'd rather deploy something that works in three weeks than promise a perfect system in six months. You can always improve. You can't always wait.

Transparent Process

You get access to our project boards. You see what we're building while we're building it. No surprises at the end, no mysterious "proprietary methods."

Practical Technology

We use blockchain when it solves your problem better than alternatives. When it doesn't, we say so. Our job is to make your business work better, not to use fancy tech for its own sake.

Started Small, Stayed Focused

Back in 2019, we were just three developers who kept getting asked to fix blockchain projects other consultants had overcomplicated. We'd strip out the unnecessary parts, rebuild the core logic, and suddenly things would work.

That became our approach. Start with what you need right now. Build it solid. Add complexity only when your business actually requires it.

We're still based in Biên Hòa, still working mostly with Vietnamese businesses expanding across ASEAN markets. The team is bigger now—twelve people instead of three—but the process hasn't changed much.

Who's Actually Doing the Work

Linh Thảo Bùi, Chief Blockchain Architect at chargeflowglow

Linh Thảo Bùi

Chief Blockchain Architect

Linh spent eight years building ERP systems before touching blockchain. That background matters—she understands how businesses actually operate, not just how distributed systems theoretically work.

The Rest of the Team

Our developers come from logistics, finance, and manufacturing backgrounds. We hire people who've solved real business problems, then teach them blockchain—not the other way around.

That means when you explain your supply chain issues or payment processing bottlenecks, you're talking to people who've dealt with similar challenges before. They know which questions to ask because they've been in your position.

  • Supply chain transparency systems for cross-border manufacturing
  • Payment settlement networks for multi-currency transactions
  • Document verification systems for regulatory compliance
  • Asset tracking solutions for high-value goods movement
  • Smart contract development for automated business logic

Most of our projects run between eight and sixteen weeks. We work on-site for the first two weeks, then remote with weekly check-ins. You own all the code we write—no licensing fees, no ongoing dependencies.
