Blockchain Integration That Actually Works

We started this work in 2019 because too many businesses were getting sold blockchain solutions they didn't need. Or worse, being told blockchain would solve problems it couldn't.

Our approach is different. We spend time understanding what you're trying to accomplish first. Sometimes blockchain makes sense. Often, it doesn't. And we'll tell you that upfront.

When it does make sense, we build systems that work with your existing infrastructure. No ripping everything out and starting over. No forcing your team to learn entirely new workflows overnight.

How We Actually Do This

Most blockchain consultants start with the technology and work backward. We start with your business problem and see if blockchain fits. This might seem obvious, but you'd be surprised how rare it is.

01

Discovery Without Sales Pitch

We map your current processes and pain points. Then we look at where data integrity, transparency, or decentralization would genuinely help. Not where we can shoehorn blockchain in.

This phase takes two to three weeks. Some prospects drop off here when they realize they don't actually need what we do. That's fine. Better to know now than six months into implementation.

02

Prototype Before Commitment

If blockchain fits, we build a small proof of concept with real data from your systems. You get to see how it would actually function in your environment before making major decisions.

We did this with a logistics company in early 2024. The prototype revealed integration challenges we hadn't anticipated. Saved them months of expensive development work on the wrong approach.

03

Gradual Implementation

Full deployment happens in stages. We start with one workflow or department, work out the kinks, then expand. Your business keeps running while we build.

Training happens alongside implementation. Your team learns as we go, not in some intensive crash course right before launch. People retain information better when they can apply it immediately.

The hardest part of this work isn't the technology. It's helping clients understand what they're actually trying to solve. I spend more time in business process discussions than I do writing smart contracts. That's how it should be. The code is the easy part once you know what you're building and why.
